Maybe you could XML the projects which have 32bit and edit in older versions of Premiere. So I exported from CS6 to a better codec. I had an interview that was filmed recently but I guess they recorded in camera as 32 bit? Who knows, but I installed CS6 from the creative cloud and it worked fine in there.
